Liability for Contents

As service providers, we are liable under §7 par. 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) for own contents on these websites according to general law. In accordance with §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, as service providers we are not obligated to monitor transferred or stored information, or to research for circumstances that indicate illegal activities.
